Ardor was established in 2004 and began as a full service exterior cleaning company. Soon after, we had recognized the danger and ineffectiveness of traditional roof cleaning methods. We realized the need for a smarter approach, and decided to make roof cleaning our focus. We have employed the use of laboratory equipment and the scientific method to study the algae that finds our Florida rooftops such a hospitable home.

Our goal was simple –  to eliminate the need for high pressure and harsh chemicals, and provide a lasting clean. Through experimentation, research and development we have developed such a roof cleaning process, that is not only incredibly effective at cleaning the roof, but keeping it clean indefinitely. Our position on quality and standards, and decade plus tenure in this industry has earned us a large foundation of loyal customers and our position as an industry leader and innovator.
